Appointment Information
Fee Policy: Charges for psychotherapy and consultations are billed at the rate of $200.00 for individual therapy and $210.00 for couples therapy per 50-55 minute hour. The initial intake session is billed at $210.00. This fee is subject to change depending on length of therapy. After the initial consultation, telephone consultations longer than 10 minutes will be billed, pro-rated, at the same hourly rate as office visits. This will also be true for other services such as report writing, attendance at meetings with other professionals you have authorized, preparation of records or treatment summaries, and any time spent performing other services you request of me.
Telehealth: I offer Telehealth sessions as an option to in-person meetings.
Insurance: Your health insurance may provide reimbursement for counseling services. Consult your policy for specifics. I will complete the provider section of the insurance form which enables you to receive reimbursement for your payment.
Canceled or Missed Appointments: Appointments are scheduled individually. If you need to cancel an appointment, please leave a message on my voicemail at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations of an office visit will be billed full fee.
Messages/Emergencies: I am not often immediately available by telephone. You can leave me a confidential message on my voicemail. I regularly check for messages throughout the business week, and I will make every effort to return your call the same day that you make it. I will return your call no later than the next business day. If it is an emergency and you are unable to reach me, you may call the Crisis Connections any time at (866) 427-4747.
