About

As well as being a licensed psychologist (License # 1934) in the State of Washington, I am also a member of the American Psychological Association and the NW Alliance for Psychoanalytic Study.  I received my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M University in 1992, and a M.Ed. in Guidance and Counseling in 1981 from Montana State University.  My pre-doctoral and post-doctoral training was completed at the University of California, Davis.   Prior to full time private practice, I worked at the University of Washington Student Counseling Center for nine years, serving as Acting Director and Associate Director/ Director of Clinical Training for psychology doctoral students and counselors.  My full time private practice started in 2003.
